Emotionally speaking, sometimes I hold on to things too tightly. Thoughts and feelings that seem to be so important that they are worth my every effort to protect. But I often find that when I eventually do let them go, do to circumstance, growth, wisdom or exhaustion, it doesn’t feel like defeat. Not. At. All. In fact, it feels AMAZING.

Oh Michelle some days it is soooo hard! I CLING! Running does help. Praying you get that relief more and more! We need to make it a habit!
