I went out last night and didn’t get home until after 1 a.m. this morning. I was pooped by the time I got home and I fell asleep pretty quickly. I woke up about 4 hours later realizing that I hadn’t moved much. Apparently I had decided that it was comfortable to sleep with my face smooshed. Yikes. You know how it’s adorable for a little child to wake up with pink cheeks and sheet creases all over their little faces after a hard sleep? It’s down right precious! Um. It’s not the same way for an adult. Trust me, there is nothing cute about it.
Well, I hope you all have a day that starts off prettier than mine!!!
Reese had her 1st Grade pictures taken today. She simply amazes me. She is so confident in her own skin. Her beauty is unique and angelic. She truly melts my heart. I love that she feels pretty. Every precious little girl should feel this way. Reese also is becoming more and more independent every day. And I’m not sure how, but a whole lot of sass is contained in that tiny body of hers. Her personality is simply loveable. It struck me today that it feels that recently she has grown by leaps and bounds. Much faster than I remember life passing us by. And it all leaves me asking one thing.
Well, I hope you all have a day where you wonder where time has gone!!!
Why, after approximately 40 years, do I still have inconsistent bed making skills? Some days I make my bed and it looks pretty. Then there are other days when it looks like I’m failing miserably at trying to hide a dead body.
Well, I hope you all have a day where you get all the lumps out!!!
