I’ve had two back to back days at the beach. AND today at the beach I got to run with one of my dearest friends who also happens to be my running mentor. She is my very first SOLE sister and she is on a short trip to California. Without her and her husband I would have never had the courage to run my first marathon. They got me racing and they have supported and encouraged me so much throughout the years. Their friendship is truly priceless.
