Snap, crackle and pop …

One of my yoga instructors taught us a stretch, probably about a year ago, that I believe has changed my life for the better. Well, at least my spine’s life. HA! I can’t even begin and try to explain how to do it but suffice it to say that it makes me feel about 5 inches taller and a whole lot more flexible-y-er. Which is fabulous, but after I’m done actually doing the stretch I experience something fairly creepy. My spine, hips and shoulders make all sorts noises. Noises I assume are healthy. Gulp.

Well, I hope you all have a day where you go SNAP, CRACKLE and POP!!!
