Every time I go to my evening class yoga I find myself ravenously craving air popped popcorn about two hours later. This has happened to me so frequently that I even googled to see what it could possibly mean. I am a firm believer that if our body craves something, it must be an indicator of a deficiency of some vitamin or mineral … well, or at least I did think that way. Apparently popcorn cravings can indicate either an iron or zinc deficiency. But I don’t have either. So, I guess that means one thing.
